The course
The following topics will be covered;
- Onset of labour
- Dilation and contractions
- Pushing and the birth
- Practice postures and breathing
- What if things turn out differently during labor; explanation of different scenario’s
- After the birth of the baby
- Maternity bed/ baby’s needs
- General summary

We advice to follow the course between the 32th and 36th week of pregnancy.
ONE-DAY WEEKEND GROUP COURSE ON SUNDAY
The one-day weekend childbirth-course in English in a group is given on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This is 9 minute walk from ’s Hertogenbosch train station
The course is
- given to max. 4 couples so that there is also room for personal attention.
- given by a midwife of Prettig Bevallen with a lot of experience
Cost;
€ 235.00 incl. lunch and course material in English and Dutch.
2 X 2 HRS WEEKEND GROUP COURSE ON SATERDAY MORNING
The childbirth-course in English in a group is given on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.

This is 3 minute walk from Vught train station
The course is
- given to max. 4 couples so that there is also room for personal attention.
- given by a midwife of Prettig Bevallen with a lot of experience

€ 195.00 incl. course material in English and Dutch
PRIVATE COURSE
The course is given in private in 2 x 2 hrs, during the week:
- 1 x on location and 1 x at home (€ 270,00)
- 2 x at home ( € 300,00)
The course can also be given, if desired, in 3 x 1,5 hours:
- 2 x on location (and/or digital) en 1 x at home:
€ 320,00 - 3x at home
€ 350,00
